People have been purchasing homes for hundreds of years without any "Tax Credits" and they will continue to do so. Owning a home is the American Dream.
Reasons to buy a home even without the Tax Credit:
- Prices of homes are ridiculously low!! Most likely the lowest we will ever see in our lifetime.
- Inventory is high! There are so many homes to choose from.
- Interest Rates are Extremely low! Take advantage. A higher interest rates could mean thousands of dollars in the long run.
- It is a buyers market. The housing market is in the buyers hands.
